1) How does the ordering process work?
All watches on our webstore are hand-built to order. Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. You will be assigned a build slot and an estimated lead time for your watch. Your respective parts will then be quality checked to ensure they meet our standards, after which your watch will enter the building phase. Upon completion of your custom watch, you will be notified by e-mail and your watch will be shipped to your address.
2) I just placed an order, when will my watch ship?
Our current lead times are estimated to be at 3 - 4 weeks from the date of order to completion of your build. This is due to a large number of orders and our desire to ensure your watch gets the adequate care and attention it deserves. The lead times provided are only an estimate, and your watch may be completed slightly later, or even earlier!
3) What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide with expedited insured delivery. Please go to checkout to see the total shipping charges and whether we ship to your location.
4) What are the delivery methods?
We ship all Worldwide orders through our delivery partner, DHL Express. All shipments are fully insured with tracking.
All orders within Malaysia are shipped typically using Poslaju, fully insured with tracking.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking number in 3 business days, please contact us at info@chronosmod.com
5) Is delivery free?
Shipping charges vary depending on the country of destination. Please input your address at checkout to confirm your shipping charges. The charges stated do not include any additional customs or import taxes that may be imposed on your item by your country.
All orders within Malaysia are shipped free of charge.
6) How long does delivery take?
International deliveries typically arrive within 5 - 7 days barring any unforeseen circumstances, and excluding holidays.

7) Can I make a few custom tweaks to my watch design?
Absolutely! If you have a design in mind or would like to swap out a few pieces in your watch, we are more than happy to accommodate. Just head to our Bespoke page and fill in the form with the relevant information. Shortly thereafter, we will be in touch to begin the journey of crafting your one-of-a-kind bespoke timepiece!
8) Do you offer modification services for third party watches? What if we supply the parts?
Unfortunately we do not currently provide modification services for third party watches, even if you supply us parts.
9) Why does the stated water resistance sometimes differ from what is printed on the dial?
Due to the custom nature of our watches, dials may sometimes be incorporated into cases with differing water resistance ratings. If you intend to use your watch in the water, please adhere to the water resistance rating stated only in the product description. These ratings are given based on our own tests and ensures the safety of your watch in the water. Usage beyond the stated water resistance rating will resulted in the nullification and voiding of your Chronos 1-year limited warranty.

10) I've changed my mind about my watch. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, due to the custom built to order nature of our watches, we do not accept returns and refunds for "Change of mind".
Returns and refunds may only be offered if you receive a defective or damaged watch which is covered by our Chronos Mod 1-year limited warranty.

11) My order arrived defective, or damaged. What can I do?
Your Chronos watch is covered by a 1-year warranty to guarantee your utmost satisfaction. If you suspect that your watch may be defective or damaged, please get in touch with us at info@chronosmod.com

12) Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. However, all cancelled orders are subject to a variable service fee deduction based on the time in which you cancel.

13) I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address, simply let us know by replying to your order confirmation e-mail. Alternatively, you may also contact us directly at info@chronosmod.com
We will then assist you in changing your address and send you a confirmation once it is done. Please ensure this request is made before your item is shipped. Chronos will not be liable, nor be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to customer negligence in entering the correct shipping information.
